WEST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Precious Brown, 17, who has been missing from West Haven since Aug. 23, according to Connecticut State Police.
Brown has black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
There was no description available for the last clothes she was seen wearing.
