Wanted Man Arrested After Foot Pursuit: West Haven Police
Police responded to a report of an assault and found a fleeing man, who was apprehended with assistance from K-9 Ike.

WEST HAVEN, CT — A man who was wanted on multiple warrants was arrested early Thursday morning following a short foot pursuit after police responded to a report of an assault.
West Haven Police responded to a Glade Street address for complaints of an occurring assault.
Arriving officers found a man fleeing and he was apprehended after a short foot pursuit with assistance from K-9 Ike, according to police.

The man was identified as Sean Walder, 26, of Union Avenue, West Haven, and he was charged with interfering with police and possession of narcotics.
Police said Walder also was had an active arrest warrant from West Haven and two warrants out of New Haven.
