WEST HAVEN, CT — City resident Elizabeth Petrushonis was issued a citation by Mayor Nancy Rossi for her contributions to the city on her 100th birthday. Family and friends celebrated Petrushonis's milestone birthday at the Seacrest Retirement Center Monday. "Over the course of a century, you have made extraordinary memories and have woven your own unique story into the narrative of West Haven," Rossi said as she read the citation.
