West Haven Election 2023: Jonathan E. Jones Running For Board Of Ed

WEST HAVEN, CT — The 2023 municipal election is heating up in West Haven with plenty of races on the ballot.

Voters will head to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 7 and cast their ballots for the position of mayor, along with seats on the City Council, Board of Education and more.

West Haven Patch asked candidates to answer questions about their campaigns and will be publishing candidate profiles as election day draws near.

Jonathan E. Jones, 47, is running for election to the West Haven Board of Education as a Democrat.

I'm currently a board Of Health Member and would like to serve my community on another level

More programs for children after school.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

My heart is for all children's success.

Making changes during early childhood education that will affect long term behaviors.

I have volunteered with Cub Scouts Pack 288 for 8 years and counting. I have served grieving families in need for over 30 years.
