The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:
To build on the amazing work we have done thus far. It is important that we continue to make West Haven a place developers want to do business with. Now that our finances are stable and we are standing on solid ground there is a focus to bring in more development to lower the tax burden on our residents.
Critical differences between me and my opponents:
I am not interested in bashing others. What I feel is important is that I don’t make promises I can’t keep on the campaign trail or tell people what they want to hear. I tell the constituents what the truth is and I don’t exaggerate or gloss over things to earn a vote.
Accomplishments:
Chair of the Finance committee and responsible for facilitating 2 balanced budgets, (4 in 4 years) I work cooperatively with the Mayor and the MARB, and supported increased funding for public safety and infrastructure. I fight for increased transparency and citizen involvement.
What else would you like voters to know about you?
That I believe it is important to vote on fact. We have come a long way in 4 years which included 18 months of a pandemic. I believe WH is on the right track and the incumbents deserve another term.
