West Haven Police Arrests Include Strangulation, Sexual Assault Charges

The following information has been provided by the West Haven Police Department and does not indicate convictions. The arrests were made from Jan. 13 to Jan. 20, 2017:

Alfreda Adams-Jones, 51, of Rockdale Rd., West Haven, was arrested on a charge of second-degree false statement.

Cecil Barnes, 32, of Claudia Dr., West Haven, was arrested on charges of illegal use of a facsimile firearm and second-degree breach of peace.

Miguel Baez, 25, of Treat St., West Haven, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis.

Mychal Baldwin, 25, of West Spring St., West Haven, was arrested on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Tyler Desisto, 21, of Washington Ave., West Haven, was arrested on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, interfering with an emergency call, sixth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct.

Kyshai Earl, 20, of Sherman Ave., New Haven, was arrested on charges of violation of probation and second-degree breach of peace.

Justice Greenlee-Knight, 22, of Meadowbrook Court, West Haven, was arrested on charges of violation of probation and second-degree probation.

Jennifer Langlais, 33, of Dix St., West Haven, was arrested on charges of third-degree assault – victim elderly or other and second-degree breach of peace.

Samantha McDonald, 24, of Fenwick St., West Haven, was arrested on charges of breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call, two drug charges and one motor vehicle charge.

Jenna Reilly, 22, of Simon Place, West Haven, was arrested on a charge of second-degree threatening.

Sierra Rogers, 21, of Ridge Court, West Haven, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Desmen Smith, 42, of Terrace Ave., West Haven, was arrested on charges of second-degree assault, risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.

Jonathan Spain, 24, of Gilbert St., West Haven, was arrested on a charge of violation of probation.

Cynthia Waddock, 49, of Chestnut St., West Haven, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Courtney Worthington, 29, of Elm St., West Haven, was arrested on a charge of second-degree robbery.

Thomas Brophy, 21, of Grand St., West Haven, was arrested on charges of third-degree assault, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and two counts of violation of probation.

JoAnne Cari, 50, of Savin Ave., West Haven, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

Jose Castillo-Iniawaso, 40, was arrested on charges of simple trespass and disorderly conduct.

Elizabeth Ferraro, 55, of Morse Ave., West Haven, was arrested on two drug charges.

Janice Ferraro, 51, of Morse Ave., West Haven, was arrested on one drug charge and one motor vehicle charge.

Kevin Germain, 52, of Campbell Ave., West Haven, was arrested on charges of violation of protective order and first-degree criminal trespass.

Samal Tavares, 19, of Elm St., West Haven, was arrested on charges of first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.

Abiel Valentin, 24, of Taft Ave., West Haven, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
