WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven resident recently won $10,000 on a lottery ticket that was sold in the city, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The resident won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 16th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Saw Mill Package Store at 317 York Street in West Haven, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
