The winning ticket was sold at a business in West Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
WEST HAVEN, CT — A West Haven resident won a $10,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in the city, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The resident won $10,000 on a $20,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE 2ND EDITION ticket at Tobacco Plus at 248 Platt Ave. in West Haven, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
