WESTON, CT — Weston’s real-estate market stayed busy through January, with a series of high-end home sales closing across town. Below is a narrative look at the seven most recent properties to sell in Weston, based on listings from Zillow.com.

The most recent closing occurred at 20 Georgetown Road, where a 1,544-square-foot home sold Jan. 30, 2026, for $505,000. The residence includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms and was the smallest home among the most recent sales.

A mid-January transaction followed at 29 Salem Road. The 2,420-square-foot home, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sold Jan. 14, for $1.45 million.

Another sale took place earlier in the month at 8 Messex Lane, where a 2,804-square-foot home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms sold Jan. 8, for $985,900.

On Jan. 7, a larger property at 145 Lyons Plain Road changed hands. The 3,579-square-foot home, offering five bedrooms and six bathrooms, sold for $1.534 million.

Two sales closed on Jan. 6. One involved 43 Valley Forge Road, a property that sold for $833,400. The listing did not include reported living-area square footage, bedroom count or bathroom count.

That same day, a sizable estate at 81 Norfield Road sold for $2 million. The 6,275-square-foot home features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, making it the largest and highest-priced sale among the most recent closings.

Rounding out the list, a 3,894-square-foot home at 31 White Birch Road sold Jan. 2, 2026, for $1.405 million. The property includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms and closed at the start of the new year.
