Working Fire In Easton Draws Mutual Aid From Several Towns

EASTON, CT — Firefighters from several surrounding communities responded to a working fire in Easton on Sunday, Sept. 27, according to Botsford Fire Rescue.

Two tankers were requested to the scene, prompting responses from Botsford Fire Rescue's Tanker 559 and Dodgingtown Fire Department's Tanker 229, the department said.

The fire was quickly knocked down by Easton firefighters with mutual aid from Botsford, Dodgingtown, Stepney, Long Hill and Fairfield fire departments, according to the post.
