Annual Community Tree Lighting at Easton Public Library

On Sunday, December 6 from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m., the annual community tree lighting event will kick off the holiday season in Easton.

Join us for hot cocoa, yummy treats, crafts, a visit from Santa, carolers from the JBHS Choir, and of course, the lighting of the holiday tree! The tree lighting kicks off Easton’s holiday season. Library Director Bernadette Baldino noted “This family-friendly event is a great way for the entire family to celebrate this special time of the year and our great community. My thanks go out to the Friends of the Easton Public Library and the Easton Parks & Recreation Department who sponsor the event.”

NEW THIS YEAR - The Library will be open from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. to view the decorated trees created by individuals and organizations as part of the Friends of the Library’s Trim-a-Tree fundraiser. Come view the trees and cast your vote for your favorite in a variety of categories. Also, participants will be able to shop the holiday boutique of local vendors that will be set up in the Community Room. Participating vendors will include Gembellishments, Bags in Bloom, Home & Garden Design Solutions, Adele’s Equestrian Gifts, Our Woven Community, Sport Hill Farm, Initials, Triple Goddess, Ramble On Designs, Allison Taylor and more.
