Bird and Beans Coffee Club

Did you know that migratory birds are losing their winter habitats?

Did you know that migratory birds are losing their winter habitats? As Central and Latin American coffee growers cut down vast acres of tropical rainforest for their crops, valuable wildlife habitats are being lost. By supporting shade grown coffee from this region you are helping to save these essential habitats — one cup of coffee at a time. Please join us on Wednesday, January 13, 10-11 a.m. (snow date 14th) at New Pond Farm (101 Marchant Road, Redding CT) for a delicious cup or two of shade-grown Birds and Beans coffee (along with home baked treats) and learn more about this important issue. Tea drinkers are also welcome. We look forward to offering a special bird-related program at each month’s gathering.

$5 per person, per meeting

Registration is required. Please visit us online or call us at (203) 938-2117 to register.
