Coronavirus Vaccination Schedule In Town Of Weston

Connecticut is currently allowing people age 75+ to register for a COVID-19 vaccine.

To register, visit https://dphsubmissions.ct.gov/OnlineVaccine.

Each person must have their own email address to register. After you register, you will receive confirmation if the submission was successful. After that, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive an email inviting you to fill out the health questionnaire and register through VAMS for your appointment to get the first vaccine. (Check your spam folder too.)

If you do not have internet access or you need help registering online, then please call the Senior Center (203) 222-2608.

Or alternatively individuals in the eligible age group who lack computer access or knowledge can also call 877-918-2224 during weekdays from 8am to 4:30pm.
