Coronavirus Weston: Public Schools Closed Until Further Notice
"...a potential exposure to COVID-19... may have affected members of our school community," officials said.
WESTON, CT — The public schools in Weston are closed as of Thursday, until further, school officials announced Wednesday.
"This afternoon we received information of a potential exposure to COVID-19, which may have affected members of our school community," school officials posted online. "We immediately consulted with the Weston/Westport Health District as well as the Emergency Management officials within Weston.
"Based on this consultation, in an abundance of caution, and at the recommendation of the Westport/Weston Health District, the Weston Public Schools will be closed effective immediately and until further notice."
