Easton Man Flips Table At Restaurant, Kicks Officer: Fairfield PD
The man is accused of damaging property at the restaurant and assaulting an officer, according to police.

FAIRFIELD, CT — An Easton man, who police say was highly intoxicated, is accused of flipping a table at a restaurant in Fairfield and later kicking a police officer three times, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports David Acosta, 27, was arrested after police responded to Geronimo’s, located at 2070 Post Road, at about 1:30 a.m. on Sunday on the report of a man fighting in the street. Restaurant employees were trying to control Acosta, who had allegedly flipped a table over near the front door, according to the Post.
