Easton Man Sentenced For Meth, Xanax Possession
The man also had more than 1,000 child porn images on his laptop, according to the U.S. Attorney's office.

EASTON, CT — Easton man Cavan Devine, 26, was sentenced to three years in prison for possession of methamphetamine and Xanax.
Easton Police seized a bag belonging to Devine that contained 744 grams of meth, 577 pills labeled "Xanax" and drug paraphernalia, according to the U.S. Attorney District of Connecticut office. Devine was arrested Dec. 5, 2016.
A search of his hotel room revealed more meth along with packaging materials to ship drugs. A laptop was also seized.

Devine used the dark net to distribute and purchase drugs, according to the U.S. Attorney's office. His laptop also had more than 1,000 images of child pornography.
He pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and a quantity of Xanax.
