Easton Parks and Rec Summer Programs Include Adventure, Sun and Fun!

Movie nights, swimming, adventure camp and more will keep kids of all ages busy this summer.

Easton Parks and Recreation has plenty of programs planned for children of all ages this summer.

Sunshine Day Camp offers water fun, sand castle building and canoeing. Sunshine Day Camp is for campers entering grade K through entering grade 6 and runs from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. with an option until 5 p.m. Easton Sunshine Day Camp is located at 369 Black Rock Turnpike. For those students entering sixth through tenth grade, Easton Parks and Rec offers Adventure Camp. Adventure based field trips offer campers the opportunity to explore the outdoors around the tri-state. Activities include hiking, rock climbing, amusement parks, baseball games, ropes courses, biking, laser tag and more. Camp will run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. with pick up in the Easton Country Day parking lot. Register online by clicking here.

Easton Parks and Rec also has a fun-filled family activity planned, “Movie Nights Under The Stars.” Movie nights will be held at Aspetuck Park on Friday July 10 and Friday, August 7, 2015 at 8 p.m. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and snacks or buy concessions from a community organizations at the snack shack. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Come early to enjoy the bounce house!
