Easton Police Investigate Theft Of Landscaping Equipment
The Easton Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in their investigation of the theft of landscaping equipment on Sunday.
EASTON, CT —Police are seeking the public's assistance in their investigation of the theft of landscaping equipment on Sunday.
The Easton Police Department is reporting that two Hispanic men were seen entering a homeowner's garage on Route 136 between Morehouse Road and Center Road around 6:30 p.m.
"The two criminals stole landscaping equipment and left in a white truck, possibly a Ford F-150, with dual rear wheels," police posted on social media.

A short time later a homeowner on lower Sport Hill Road confronted the same men on his property, according to police. The men left without incident.
Police are urging anyone with a similar experience, or with video footage of the suspected truck, to contact Det. Lyman at 203-268-4111.
