On April 4, Denise and Thomas Scott sold the property at 10 Tranquility Drive to Koson Thambundit and Sumonta Limsiriwong for $769,900.
On April 8, George and Annette Kellner sold the property at 16 Brookside Drive to Corrado Speziali and Brenda Anderson for $570,000.
