
Join Certified Yoga Instructor Susan Colette for Yoga and Meditation at the Library. Participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to attend the Adult Yoga classes. No prior experience is required. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. One hour Meditation workshop will introduce the basics of Meditation: preparation, being present, and engaging in practice. It is designed for those interested in starting a daily practice. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
