She started as one player in a pool of 6,865, but with 57 players left, Eastonite Erika Moutinho's chances of taking the World Series of Poker's most coveted prize are still alive 12 days into the No-Limit Hold 'Em Championship, according to the tournament's official results.

Moutinho will have to survive two more days as the pool gets whittled down to 27 players today and nine players by the end of tomorrow. If Moutinho makes the final table, she'll head back to Las Vegas to finish the tournament on Nov. 5.

Currently, Moutinho has 2.075 million chips; the player on top has 12.865 million, while the player in 57th place has 890,000.

According to the payment structure, Moutinho's $10,000 entrance fee has already paid dividends. If she gets knocked out in 57th place, she'll earn $130,997. Should she make the final table, she'll earn more than $782,000. The first place prize is $8,711,956.

Moutinho has already earned the distinction of being the last woman standing at the event. Since its inception in 1970, no woman has won the main event.
