Eclipse Events @ Weston Library
Pick up a free eclipse viewer, make an eclipse projector, and watch the eclipse at the library!

On August 21, a solar eclipse will be visible all across the USA. In Connecticut, we'll be able to see a partial eclipse. Get ready for the big day at the Weston Library, then join us to watch it together! Our eclipse events are:
- Pick up an Eclipse Viewer, starting August 14
The Weston Library will be giving out free Eclipse Viewers to the first 50 families who request one. Only one viewer per family. These can be used to watch the eclipse directly without hurting your eyes.
- Make an Eclipse Projector: August 15 3:00-4:00PM
Come make an eclipse viewer to project the shadow of the sun on the ground, and learn how to use it safely! Ages 5+.

We will be showing this stream in our Community Room. Come share the experience and learn about the eclipse through NASA programming.
