A cocktail party fundraiser to benefit the Ugandan Rural Development Program. Redding resident, Donna Foley, is the American representative to this program. This is a non-profit dedicated to providing schooling , food , and medical care to orphans. We will have South African wines, beer , a signature cocktail and soft drinks thanks to Anconas Wines and Liquors as well as appetizers.
