This one-day workshop will allow participants to practice and learn about Yin Yoga - passively held floor poses designed to open up the joints and that are held for 3 - 5 minutes to allow for this lengthening.
Silent meditation will follow with a discussion of yogic philosophy and an in-depth description of the benefits of the Yin practice.
Attendees should bring: water, a pillow and blanket and a yoga mat.
