Westport As First Night Stage

• The fun begins at 3PM
• Carriage rides through downtown's holiday lights and decorations.
• The Jitterbug and Lindy will swing the Senior Center with the sounds of the Survivors Swing Band.
• Dennis the Train Man's amazing display delights at the Library.

Celestial Lights, Pyrotechnics on the Green

• Hang out, stay cozy at the enormous bonfire on Jessup Green.
• Scan the heavens with the Westport Astronomical Society. View the last night sky of 2016, usher in 2017! WAS members will have several telescopes for beautiful views of a 2 1/2 day old Moon, rusty Mars, bright Venus and the rest of the visible heavens beginning at sunset (weather permitting).
• Fireworks begin at 8:15PM

Music to Move You All Around Town

• Meet Westport's Blues legend and Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame member Mark Naftalin mid-town at the Historical Society.
• Across the street spontaneous dancing erupts with the
• Silver Steel Band -Town Hall.
• Christ & Holy Trinity Church hosts Family Zumba, Broadway Baritone Beau Allen, and the lively jazz of the Chris Coogan Quartet.
