Funeral Services Set for Late Weston High Graduate
David Stankiewicz, and accomplished Weston track athlete, passed away Saturday .
WESTON, CT — Funeral arrangements for Weston High School graduate David Stankiewicz, 21, have been made.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Harding Funeral Home located at 210 Post Road East in Westport Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. There will also be a funeral service on Saturday, April 1, beginning at 11 a.m. at the St. Francis of Assisi Church in Weston.
Inn an email to the Syracuse University community, school officials informed students that David Stankiewicz had passed away Saturday.

The Daily Orange reports that the cause of Stankiewicz's death was not specified in the email.
Stankiewicz graduated from Weston High School in 2013, and was an All-State and All New England runner for the Trojans, reports Track and Field news outlet MileSplit.

He was also a member of Syracuse University's track team during his freshman and sophomore year.
