Gingerbread Houses and Cocktails for a Cause Helps Weston Assault Victims

The 7th Annual Gingerbread Houses and Cocktails for a Cause is taking place at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich on Tuesday, December 1st from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Each guest receives a fully-assembled gingerbread house to decorate, while sipping wine, enjoying a light dinner buffet, and chatting with friends. Now in its 7th year, the event has grown and seats are filling up quickly, so be sure to reserve your seat/gingerbread house today! Tickets for the event are $125, with all proceeds going to The Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education. About The Center: Serving Lower Fairfield County since 1979, The Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education provides free, 24-hour confidential counseling and advocacy services for sexual assault victims and their families. Additionally, it provides age-appropriate personal safety classes for children ages 5 – 18 to reduce their risk of becoming a victim, along with education/awareness programs for the community at large. The Center supports eight towns in Lower Fairfield County including: Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport, and Wilton.
