Halloween Spirit Comes Early to Mark Twain House & Museum
Redding's historic Mark Twain House & Museum is planning a special tour for ghost hunters and fright lovers this June.

The Mark Twain House & Museum is planning a special scary night of chills and thrills on Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27. The Graveyard Shift Ghost Tours features the Clemens family’s home for a nocturnal tour featuring stories of death, haunted history, and brushes with the unexplained. the hour-long tour takes visitors through all of the floors of the 25-room mansion, including the basement which is normally off-limits to visitors. The home was featured on three episodes of SyFy’s Ghost Hunters and the Biography Channel’s My Ghost Story. Tours run at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tours are available by reservation only.
