WESTON-EASTON-REDDING, CT — Home values in Weston, Easton and Redding have increased in recent years and now sit well above the state average, according to Zillow data.
The typical home value is about $1,317,248 in Weston, $927,365 in Easton and $834,234 in Redding, compared to a statewide average of roughly $425,333, according to Zillow’s Home Value Index.
Home values in the three towns have also risen over the past year, increasing about 7.3 percent in Weston, 4.1 percent in Easton and 3.7 percent in Redding.
