The Importance of Meadows & Shrubland
Learn about the importance of shrubland and meadows and how to manage these types of areas if you have either on your property.
On Wednesday, April 5 from 7 – 8:30 p.m. join New Pond Farm (101 Marchant Rd, Redding CT) and Leslie Kane and Corrie Folsom-O’Keefe from the Bent of the River Audubon Center in Southbury, CT for a talk about the importance of both shrubland and meadows and the birds and pollinators that they support. Learn some tips on how to manage these types of areas, especially if you have either or both habitats on your property.
This adult program is $10 per New Pond Farm member, $15 per non-member
