Joel Barlow High School and Weston High School Football Teams have joined forces again this Thanksgiving in an effort to raise money for Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital - Breath of an Angel - The Tommy Chisholm Memorial Fund by selling commemorative long sleeve T’s.
Breath of an Angel raises the funds necessary to purchase specialty equipment used to support the transport of patients who are in need of ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) treatment for both Children and Adults. To date, Yale New Haven has successfully saved 3 children with the machines they have purchased. The specially designed 2014 T-Shirts will be sold for $20 each at both Barlow and Weston High Schools prior to Thanksgiving and at the Game day Entrances. Purchase and wear your 2014 shirt to the game and your entrance fee is FREE. If you would like to make a separate donation directly to Breath of an Angel you may go to their website: http://breathfromanangel.kintera.org/.
The Falcons and Trojans will meet on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th. Kick off is 10 AM at the Joel Barlow Stadium Field.
