Letter: In Support of Maureen Williams and John Foley

Letter to the Editor:

Education is the foundation of the future, and when it comes to our students, it is the basis of their success in life. In Easton, and Region 9 in particular, the quality of our education system has proven to prepare our students to excel not only in higher education but also in their careers.

Overseeing the educational process takes great insight, adaptability and wisdom. Board member, Maureen Williams and John Foley are the perfect candidates to help lead Region 9 into the future. They are the types to seek solutions to issues, encourage teachers and students and offer a unique sensitivity to those who may need it. Maureen’s experiential knowledge and Board leadership has proven to be an invaluable asset in these challenging times. John Foley’s demonstrated commitment and concern for all students, has given him the awareness and dedication needed to serve on this board successfully. Maureen and John will work collaboratively, combining their many talents with other board members, to make valuable contributions to our students, teachers and administrators.

I enthusiastically urge you to support and vote to re-elect Maureen Williams, and to elect John Foley to the Region 9 Board of Education, on November 2nd. Vote Row (A)!
