Meadow Ridge Announces Shining Star Associates
Employees demonstrate excellence in customer service and care within distinct senior living community

Meadow Ridge, the distinct senior living community in Redding, Connecticut, announced today that three of its employees have received a Shining Star Associate Award. These individuals demonstrate the best of Meadow Ridge by expressing passion for what they do, as well as dedication and determination in delivering excellence in customer service and care.
And the winners are: Nancy Kost of Newton, CT, who was nominated because she is consistently positive and happy bringing such a wonderful feeling to all of the residents in rehab and skilled nursing she serves; and Julie Carnerio of Danbury, CT, who manages the morning continental breakfast area with the expertise of a UN delegate. Carnerio makes sure that everyone enjoys their meals, meets all of the residents needs and anticipates what residents might need. Winner, Alix Dumas of Norwalk, CT, takes his transportation duties as a Meadow Ridge driver very seriously. He would do anything for his passengers to make sure they are always safe. His attention to detail is exceptional as he is continuously striving for perfection to better meet the needs of Meadow Ridge residents.
“We are very proud of our Shining Star awardees,” said Michelle Bettigole, Executive Director of Meadow Ridge. “They are devoted caregivers who continuously go above and beyond to make sure our residents are cared for.”
