Mindfulness Mediation Monday Evenings
Starting Meditation: Preparation, Presence, and Practice 7:00 - 8:45 pm, May 4 - June 5, 2015 No class May 25th.

This class will introduce the basics of meditation in three aspects: preparation, being present and engaging in practice. It is designed especially for those who have little or no experience in meditation but are interested in starting a daily practice. It is a welcoming environment for those who are new to meditation and could benefit from a group setting. We will also help participants to set up a personalized daily meditation practice. NO CLASS May 25th.
Thanks to the generosity of DNKL’s community, this workshop is free of charge and by donation only. Your tax-deductible donation will be deeply appreciated and be used to ensure that similar programs can be offered in future. Another session that can be taken independently will start June 29h.
