Missing Easton Man Heavily in Debt
Jeffrey Navin and his wife were last seen Aug. 4. Their car was found over the weekend.

New information has surfaced regarding an Easton couple missing since Friday.
An Aug. 12 article in the Hartford Courant said Jeffrey Navin owes more than $2 million on a mortgage for his Hart Road home in Guilford.
Navin, 56, and and his wife Jeanette Navin, 55, were last seen Aug. 4. Connecticut state troopers found their car over the weekend in a commuter lot near exit 42 off the Merritt Parkway, according to News 12.

The Courant said that Jeffrey Navin is president of J & J Refuse of Weston. Jeanette Navin works as a paraprofessional in the Weston Intermediate School library.
The Navins’s attorney, Kenneth R. Davis of Stamford, said he has not been in touch with the couple.
