EASTON, CT — Emily Elyse Erickson, 34, beautiful loving wife to Anthony Scavo and gentle mother to Eleanor Marie Scavo, died on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Stamford Hospital.

Born in Torrance, CA, the compassionate daughter of Alan and Ahme Erickson graduated from Syracuse University, with a degree in international relations and a minor in French.

Emily lit up the room when she entered with her larger-than-life personality, making deep connections with those in her life with her energy and kindness. Family, friends, and her cat Elvis loved her deeper than the oceans she sailed across. Always creating deliciousness, dancing under the stars, or brightening someone's day traveling the world with her smile, Emily's laughter, the signature hair flip, and fiery passion is etched into the hearts of all those who loved her.

A celebration of life will be held on October 29 at Rive Bistro in Westport from 2-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please raise a glass and recall a cherished memory of Emily.
