Obituary: Sara "Sally" Davis Factor, Of Easton
Sally was former chair of the School Volunteer Association in Bridgeport, as well as serving as a member of the Easton Library.

EASTON, CT — Sara "Sally" Davis Factor, of Easton, passed away January 2, 2022 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert. Sally is the last surviving child of Dr. Thomas and Sadie Bannon Davis of Fairfield Center.
A former teacher with a MS from Fairfield University, she was active in the local school and library literacy programs. She was former chair of the School Volunteer Association in Bridgeport, as well as serving as a member of the Easton Library. Sally also volunteered during elections with her husband, Bob.

Sally was a loving aunt and friend, whose unmatched compassion and generosity will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. She is survived by five loving nieces and nephews and their families; Thomas and John Davis of Fairfield, Gregory Davis of Manchester, Laura Soule of Granby, and Sharon Scott of Stratford; as well as several grandnieces, grandnephews, and a great-grandniece. She is also survived by two stepdaughters and a stepson and their families; Susan Dorr of Maine, Ruth Stitt of Texas, and Jeff Taylor of Fairfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, January 10, 2022 at 10am at Notre Dame of Easton Church, 655 Morehouse Road, Easton. Interment will directly follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Avenue, Stratford. Masks will be required to attend the Mass.
