One Killed in Weston Overnight Crash

WESTON, CT — One person was killed in a single-car crash early Friday morning.

The accident occurred at 12:25 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 25 on Route 53 near Michael's Way, according to the Weston Police Department.

The fatality was the lone occupant of the vehicle, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased, and the crash remains under investigation by the Weston and Fairfield police.
