Pink Aid will hold its 7th Annual Event on October 5th at Mitchells of Westport. Pink Aid supports programs for women and men with breast cancer in Connecticut that provide services including free breast cancer screening and help covering non-medical expenses such as food cards, household bills, wigs, recovery garments and transportation for patients undergoing treatment. In addition to speaker Geralyn Lucas and fashion show by designers Veronica Beard, the event includes a triumphant catwalk with Breast Cancer "Warriors" celebrating their personal journeys and a Live & Silent Auction.
