The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

Balancing the rural farming roots of the town with the desire to add quality of life amenities.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

My current and past service on this Board has resulted in my gaining vast experience with the issues that come before the Board. I was first elected to this Board in 1995. Since that time I have served as a full member, an alternate member, Vice Chairman, and now Chairman of the Board. I am a practicing attorney with experience in zoning matters which has proved beneficial in interpreting and applying our town's zoning regulations.

Accomplishments:

I have recently been elected by the members of the Zoning Board of Appeals to serve as it's Chairman after having served as Vice Chairman for the past 6 years.

Other issues:

The Zoning Board of Appeals must continue to be fair and practical and impartial in the interpretation and application of Easton's Zoning Regulations to advance the purpose and goals of those regulations for the benefit of our residents and our Town.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I am known to be fair and practical and impartial in deciding applications and appeals which come before the Zoning Board of Appeals.
