Collisions Galore Top Redding Police Blotter March 11-17
No one was seriously injured, but plenty of fenders were bent on the roads in Redding last week.
REDDING, CT — No one was injured across a half-dozen fender benders reported last week to the Redding Police Department.
On March 11, a vehicle stopping along Route 107 to turn into a driveway was rear-ended by another vehicle "directly behind" it, according to police.
On the same day, a motorist travelling southbound on Route 58 hit a patch of black ice, lost control, then struck and knocked down two "arrow" signs.

More road signs were knocked over along Sunset Hill Road/Route 58 on March 13 when a motorist lost control around a curve.
Two vehicles collided when one crossed the center line in a sharp curve along Great Pasture Road on March 14, according to the Redding police.

An Amazon van backed into a basketball post in the driveway of a Picketts Ridge Road resident on March 16. Both the post and the van were damaged.
