Redding Buddhist Center Offers Animal Blessing
The traditional animal blessing will follow an afternoon of walks on the property with other animal lovers and their pets.

REDDING, CT -- Monks at the Do Ngak Kunphen Ling Buddhist Center will be serving up their seventh Annual Animal Blessing on Saturday, August 4, from 1-4:30 p.m.
The traditional animal blessing will follow an afternoon of walks on the property with other animal lovers and their pets, along with guest speaker Jenny Hubbard from the Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary in Newtown. Also on hand will be "Animal Sound Healer" Khem Reyall, pet photos by Elisabeth Levy, local animal rescues and kids games/crafts.
