The Portland Avenue homeowner told police that he was robbed overnight by a man he met on the dating app, Tinder.
REDDING, CT — Police are investigating the theft of an iPad and Macbook computer from a Portland Avenue home.
The homeowner told police that he was robbed overnight by a man he met on the dating app, Tinder, according to the police report.
The alleged thief, whom the homeowner described as a black man who said he was from New York, was supposed to stay the night, but waited until the homeowner fell asleep before leaving with the equipment.
