Redding Library Hosts Small Business Circle Group

The April 19 Behind the Business Card meeting will feature Steve Weiss's presentation, ""Marketing: Lessons Learned."

“Marketing: Lessons Learned” is the focus of the April 19 Small Business Circle’s discussion group, Behind the Business Card, from 7:30 to 8:30pm at the Mark Twain Library.

The evening’s featured member is Steve Weiss, President of The Brigantine Group. Mr. Weiss has spent 35 years in the consumer products industry working in sales, marketing, category management, trade marketing and sales training. Several months ago he started his own business, The Brigantine Group. He will discuss the lessons he learned during his career and how he is applying them to launch his new venture from a marketing point of view.

The presentation will be followed by a roundtable discussion on marketing strategies for small business. There will time to socialize and connect with fellow small business professionals before and after the discussion

Behind the Business Card is a monthly series of lively, roundtable discussions designed to build relationships and exchange ideas with fellow small business and home office professionals. The group meets the third Tuesday of every month, September through May. Refreshments and nibbles will be served.
