Redding's Mark Twain Library 43rd Annual Art Exhibition and Sale
Redding's much-anticipated annual tradition opens with a "Moustache Bash" Champagne Preview Gala on Friday, December 4, 2015.
From the Mark Twain Library:
Take inspired works of art; a Library magically transformed into a sparkling, vibrant gallery; add infectious community enthusiasm... Put it all together and the result is the Library’s Annual Art Show fundraiser. Redding’s much-anticipated annual tradition opens with a “Moustache Bash” Champagne Preview Gala on Friday, December 4th, 2015 (must be a Friend of the Library to attend and tickets required). The show then runs from Saturday, December 5 to Sunday, December 13, 2015. It is open to the public and all art work is for sale.
WHO: Chairman Angela Matsouka, along with an army of volunteers.
WHAT: An Art Show featuring the region’s top talent.
WHEN: December 5 to December 13
- Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. – Live Artist Demonstration with Alain J. Picard, Art Show Juror
- Thursday, Dec. 10 at 7:30 p.m. – “Seeds of Modernism” with ArtScapades
- Saturday, Dec. 12 at 1 p.m. – Earring Workshop
- Sunday, Dec. 13 at 4 p.m. – Closing Reception

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Free admission. Refreshments available during programs and plenty of free parking.
