Santa Visits the Weston Historical Society’s Coley House for a Victorian Farmhouse Christmas

Santa and his helper will be at the historical society’s 1841 farmhouse from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. located at 104 Weston Road. The Coley house has been specially decorated by the Weston Garden Club to reflect Christmas’s of the past. A photographer will be on hand to take pictures of children. Cookies will be served. Photos with Santa are free.
Also on Sunday December 18th, the society’s new exhibit “Memories of World War II – Celebrating Weston’s Contributions to the War” will be on display in the museum and archive building. - Ribbons and medals, including two purple hearts
- Rifles, a samurai sword, mine-sweeper and weaponry from both European and Pacific Theaters
In addition, there are several large military artifacts; including a U.S. U.S. military Harley-Davidson motor-cycle with sidecar, a mine-sweeper, a 50-caliber machine gun and communication station.
