Second Annual Redding Artisan Fair
Local Artisan Fair Features Local Artisans and Holiday Gifts
Redding Elementary School is gearing up for its second annual Redding Artisan Fair featuring more than 40 local artisans. The school will be transformed into a winter wonderland with a wide selection of beautifully handcrafted pieces and gifts. The event also includes winter-themed games, crafts, door prizes and a bake sale.
"Last year's Artisan Fair was a huge success and people could see for themselves what great talent Redding and surrounding towns have. This year's Fair will have many returning artists but also lots of new talent. We are very excited to open up the doors to the public once again!" says Marion Unangst, co-chair of the event.
Also featured will be a student artisan table so that students can get an "artisan experience" of creating and selling their pieces.

Carrie Wessman Huber, Redding Elementary School Principal, is very excited for this event. "After attending the Artisan Fair last year, I can assure you that on December 10th, you will not be disappointed as Redding Elementary School is transformed into a winter wonderland. Local artisans will offer jewelry, clothing, and other unique items at our 'Etsy' style market."
"This festive fundraising community event is also an enjoyable shopping experience and it supports our local artisans. There is such a variety of beautifully hand-crafted pieces as well as winter-themed games and crafts for children," commented event co-chair Kate Schwartz.
