The Mark Twain Library presents "Sensational Suds: The Art & Science of Crafting the Perfect Brew" with P. Scott Vallely, owner of the Charter Oak Brewing Co. on Wednesday, August 13 at 7:30 p.m. Learn how yeast, hops and fermentation combine to create the perfect brew with Mr. Vallely, a beer crafter for 30 years.
A beer tasting to follow generously provided by The Georgetown Package Store. Must be 21 or older to attend. Picture ID required.
