Some Weston Students Sickened by Candy From China School Trip

Candy brought back from a high school trip to China has made some students in Weston sick, NBC Connecticut reports.

According to NBC, the candy was shared among a handful of students and two staff members at the middle school. Some individuals experienced discomfort after eating the candy. All those who consumed the candy were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Those whose children have obtained the candy are asked to contact the school and the Weston Police Department.
