Shelby Fortin, a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania and graduate of, recently qualified for the U.S. Olympic swimming trials in the 400 freestyle.
Fortin posted a time of 4:17.78 at the U.S. Winter National Championships at Georgia Tech to earn the right to compete at the trials in Omaha, Neb.
